The Annual Tavcor Trail Run 2023: A Memorable and Colourful Event

The Annual Tavcor Trail Run took place on Sunday, November 12th, 2023, in the breathtakingly beautiful Baakens Valley of Gqeberha/PE. Featuring an impressive variety of weather conditions – from wind and rain to sunshine – the day highlighted the region’s diverse natural beauty.

Embracing a ‘Bright Colours’ theme, participants added a festive atmosphere to the event by donning colourful wigs and tutus. This year’s trail run included a school competition that brought youthful energy to the occasion as students competed with pride. The inclusion of podium prize money and numerous lucky draw prizes made for an exhilarating prize-giving ceremony.

The runners enjoyed the post-run socializing accompanied with complimentary drinks, boerewors rolls, music, relaxing massages for the team at ETA College, running commentary and jokes from our event MC Gareth Burley and our event co-organizer Chris O’Linsky from Big O Sports & Events Management.
